Leadership e natura di relazione

L’altra settimana mi sono venuti a trovare Lucia e Gigi. Un incontro con loro è sempre un momento interessante di discussione e condivisione di punti di vista.

Fra i vari commenti relativi al “mondo delle relazioni” abbiamo osservato quanto sia diverso lo stile di leadership di una persona complementare rispetto a quello di una persona simmetrica.

Affrontandolo dai diversi punti di vista da cui siamo partiti abbiamo convenuto che ogni persona tende ad esprimersi al meglio con persone e in situazioni in cui i comportamenti e modi di pensare sono compatibili con la sua natura di relazione.  Complementare con complementare e simmetrico con simmetrico.

Il vantaggio non consiste quindi nel fare diventare “punto di forza” ciò che è “debolezza” (far ragionare da simmetrico una persona complementare o viceversa), ma di neutralizzare gli inconvenienti che professionalmente ogni persona incontra quando si deve relazionare con persone con di “opposta natura”.

Sarà un tema che riprenderò volentieri nella giornata di venerdi prossimo 2 febbraio.
